physical address in the Continental U.S. (no P.O. boxes please).
Important: The item
will be shipped to the address you fill out when you checkout. If a
complete street address is not provided, we cannot guarantee a delivery
and may need to contact you for a deliverable street address.
Combine Shipping:
Shipping costs for orders from HelloBirds.com consists of a $4.00 handling
fee for each shipment. If you choose to order multiple items in one
order, you will be charged for one regular $4.00 handling fee. To qualify,
multiple items must be included in the same order and must be delivered
to the same address. Once you have completed the checkout, you will
not be able to combine additional items.
Shipping Type &
Time: Items usually will be sent out in 24 hours after your payment
clears and usually arrives in 5 - 15 business days. Due to the variation
of postal service in different regions, some areas may take a little
longer time.
Fully inspect merchandise
upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage. If damage is discovered
upon unpacking, contact us immediately. Use the original packaging if
it is necessary to return item(s). Remember: Time is of the essence.
Any delay can result in the manufacturer refusing to honor the claim.

a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date
